Our Programs

Our fund provides direct financial aid to families across Ukraine who are struggling due to the war’s devastation. Whether through loss of income, displacement, or other hardships, we help cover essential needs like food, housing, medical bills, and utility payments. This support offers immediate relief to those facing urgent challenges.
How We Help
Application Process:
Families in need can apply for assistance through a simple form on our website. Each application is carefully reviewed to assess urgency and determine the type of support required. Our team works to respond to requests within two weeks and provide immediate assistance wherever possible.
Distribution and Monitoring:
We partner with local volunteers and organizations to ensure aid reaches families across Ukraine efficiently and fairly. By maintaining close contact with those we support, we continuously monitor their progress and adjust our services to meet their evolving needs during the recovery process.

Founders
My name is Sasha Liderman, and I’m a senior in high school living outside Washington, D.C. When the war in Ukraine began, I felt compelled to help. My father grew up in a small town called Chornomorsk, near Odessa, and I have a deep personal connection to families who have been deeply affected by the conflict. Motivated by this connection, I co-founded the Blue and Yellow Hearts Foundation with my older sister Rachel and our two younger siblings to support those in need across Ukraine.
